Elijah Turns 2!

That's right folks, we now have a 2 year old!

Elijah's birthday flowers. Or Valentine's flowers. Mike got us a couple leis from Hawaii!

Eli had a wonderful birthday. He kicked off his birthday the weekend before with a family birthday party on Saturday. Grandma and Grandpa Romney came down, Grandma Cox came down, Carol and Connor came over, and so did Mel and David and girls. He also got to invite one friend over, so we invited the Westlakes and his best buddy Karsten. I think Elijah's favorite part was playing with his older cousins.

Hailee and Connor are so good with him, and he loved running around with them. When they started playing the Wii his life just got better. He stayed in the room with them cheering and clapping and shouting. He wasn't even interested in eating pizza or cake...I had to bring it to him. Oh the life of a 2 year old. He had a blast opening gifts, and Hailee and Connor were such good helpers bringing all the gifts to him and helping him open them. This kid got spoiled! And his birthday cake, of course, was delicious!

Mike make a triple layer cake with chocolate, vanilla, and chocolate cake. And all topped off with amazing chocolate butter-cream frosting. This was no average frosting, it was like eating a chocolate cloud! And if that wasn't enough, we had some homemade raspberry ice cream to polish the meal. Mmm! Mmm!
