Oh Boy!

We are having a boy! We are so excited to meet this new little guy and are really looking forward to having two boys running around our house. We found out at an ultrasound about 2 weeks ago. I was just 17 weeks along and a bit worried we wouldn't be able to see clearly the gender the baby. I was almost right. Not because the baby is small, but because he was not interested in showing us anything. He was moving and wiggling, but deftly kept his little behind hidden. The ultrasound tech kept trying to move and shake him...with no luck. She had me get up and go to the bathroom hoping it would move him around a bit...no luck. Finally, she was able to see that baby is in fact a HE! However, he was still in a less-than-helpful position so I had to go back out into the waiting for a while in hopes that he would move into a better position. When I came back in he was in a better position and we were able to finish up the measurements. He is a nice and healthy little boy. He's even measuring a few days ahead of his Sep. 3rd due date!
