March Madness

Olivia loved having a girl to play with for a few hours!

Two hands, two cups, one big smile!

Cousins waiting at the Tuscon airport to welcome cousin Tyler home from his mission.

Olivia's first pigtails!

This is how she feels about the pigtails. Not a fan of getting her hair done. At all.

Eli finished with t-ball, and started again a few weeks later. He loves it!

I mustache you a question.

Olivia at 13 months! Still fitting into that onesie!

Isaac went out into the backyard one morning to eat some not ripe blackberries, and the sprinkler turned on right under his feet! He wasn't thrilled about that.

Siblings sharing apples.

Boys! I want to go play with you! Let me out!

Olivia's first ride on the trike!

Isaac was so happy to push her around! (It made Mama nervous.)

These boys (mostly Isaac) wake up super early, and then find chocolate to get in to.

Olivia want's to know why they only left her the wrappers.

Eli has started doing tricks on his bike.

We went on a bike ride, and it is so hot we need a Popsicle!

Look, no feet!

Jude (and his family) came to stay for a few days for Aunt Carol's wedding. The boys made a big race track out of playing cards.

Julie and Kyle working on the shin guards for Carol's wedding--a surprise for Fer.

Sweet baby girl cousins...they made a mess!

Little Liv decided this was a good place to nap, with one foot up by her arms.

All dressed up...

For Aunt Carol's wedding

I brought the two sleeping babies in, and found Eli like this, pushing on the brake to make the brake lights turn on. He's too young to drive!

Isaac and Daddy having a competition one night to see who's mouth is bigger.

Sweet baby cousins!

Last lunch before Jude goes home...and they found a tree to climb!

She stole her brother's apple.

Finally warm enough for slip n' slide! (Almost, it was actually only in the 60s this day, Eli was just desperate to go out and play.)

Eli taking a shower one night. I turned my back and Olivia climbed right in, fully clothed.

More slip n' slide fun! Isaac was napping.

Sweeties at the park!

She loves this bench....and milkshakes, too.

Nado Life

We took a trip out to Coronado Island last week, and it was heavenly. What started out as a last-minute weekend trip idea turned into almost a full week on the island with some of Mike's family. We loved every minute we were there. Eli spent the three week's before counting down the days until we went. All three kids loved being at the beach and are begging to go back. I'm begging too, since we got back and it's 108 degrees outside! HOT!

Olivia's not so sure about the shoulder ride, but she likes the weather.

She's not sure why Daddy brought her to the water. She was perfectly happy in the sand.

Is the water cold? These boys wouldn't know. They are having too much fun!

This little princess has started turning away when I try to take a picture.

But she sure loves the sand!

Really, she LOVES the sand!

We went on a lot of walks around the island, enjoying the weather, while the kids enjoyed the ride.

They really enjoyed the ride.

Do you think they are related? It's like the same person in different sizes.

We even got to ride the ferry over to San Diego.

Isaac loved riding the ferry! He talks about it all the time and says, "That was super fun!"

The boys even got to try out bunk beds at the hotel! They loved them! (And they love watching Frozen together too.)

Daddy's in the orange shorts in the background playing Frisbee with his brothers. And these two loved playing in the sand all day.

Daddy, Livy, Eli is in the orange shorts behind with cousins!

Cousin fun and the Hotel Del in the background. Beautiful!

This stroller carried a lot of sleeping babies this trip.

Eli and Mason, with the other cousins down by the water digging a big hole!

This boy and this shovel were inseparable at the beach all week!

I spy a boy with a sea shell, and two sleeping babies. Isaac might be peeking, though.

Ahhhh...no naps for Mommy this trip, but this was worth it.

Two sleeping babies....

And Daddy keeping an eye on them.

He's still so little and sweet, and he would pass out at the hotel every evening as we got cleaned up for dinner. Play hard. Sleep hard.

All the cousins playing together while the adults eat outside. We brought takeout back to the hotel and had it on the patio. The kids were more concerned about playing than eating.

Still best friends.

It looks sweet, but she wasn't thrilled.

And Eli lost his first tooth on the trip!

Eli taking a ride on Claire Bear's stroller.

We let the boys swim one last time before we got in the car and headed home.

That's Eli swimming!
